  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999 may attract a shipping fee, which will be displayed during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment.

5. Delivery Partners

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package remains undelivered due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the request and provide a suitable resolution.
